PELVIC TILT: Boosts abdominal strength and pelvic floor muscles. Lie on your back with knees flexed, legs apart. Keep your bum relaxed and on the floor. Flatten the back but do NOT force it to the floor. Lift the tummy up towards the ceiling and hold for six seconds. Gradually return to starting position. Repeat six times.
