DEAD LIFT: Works your thighs, butt and hips. Hinge forward from your hips, hold for two seconds contracting your bum muscles (glutes) as you do so, feeling the movement in the back of your legs. To work the arms as well, swing them in a slow, controlled motion backwards. Works for your hamstrings, bum and biceps.
